As the first private company to take over the management of a state school in 1999, 3es established itself at the forefront of school project management services in the UK. Our portfolio includes overseeing the complete organisation, curriculum implementation and refurbishment of existing schools, to project managing the development and opening of the next generation of schools, on the scale of The Business Academy, Bexley – Britain’s first purpose built Academy – the flagship of the Government’s programme.

3es joined Faber Maunsell as part of the Programme & Project Management Group in November 2006. Education is a key sector of Faber Maunsell's Buildings Division and the addition of 3es will compliment the considerable breadth of technical skills serving clients such as the DfES, Partnerships for Schools and Local Government. Staff have been fully integrated into the existing teams at Faber Maunsell and are based in London, Birmingham and Bristol.
